| Abstract | This study aims to determine the relationship between workers’ level of knowledge and attitudes regarding fire protection systems and fire prevention at PTPN IV Adolina in 2026. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 70 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Fisher Exact Test. The results showed that most respondents had low knowledge levels, totaling 63 people (90%), and low attitudes, totaling 63 people (90%). Among respondents with low knowledge, 60 people (95.2%) had low fire prevention practices. Meanwhile, among respondents with high knowledge, 6 people (85.7%) had high fire prevention practices. Similar results were also found in the attitude variable. Statistical test results showed a p-value = 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes with fire prevention.
