| Abstract | This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) among oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) transport workers at PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Rambutan Tebing Tinggi in 2026. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional analytic design. The population consisted of all FFB transport workers at PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Rambutan Tebing Tinggi, with a total sample of 68 respondents selected using total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires, a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) observation sheet, and Cozen’s Test to identify the incidence of Tennis Elbow. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test at a 95% confidence level to determine the association between variables. The results showed that 35 respondents (51.5%) experienced Tennis Elbow. Age, work duration, and FFB lifting load were each significantly associated with the incidence of Tennis Elbow. Specifically, age ≥25 years showed a significant association (p=0.003; OR=4.80), work duration >8 hours/day (p=0.002; OR=5.00), and FFB lifting load ≥23 kg/bunch (p=0.001; OR=5.80). This study was concluded that : age ≥25 years, work duration >8 hours/day, and FFB lifting load ≥23 kg/bunch were significantly associated with the incidence of Tennis Elbow among FFB transport workers at PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Rambutan Tebing Tinggi in 2026. | 1 |
