| Abstract | The implementation of the AVIAT Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system at RSU Haji Medan since October 2022 has been hindered by system errors occurring 2–3 times a week, network instability, and complex workflows (resulting in service times of 8–10 minutes). This study analyzed the relationship between the five dimensions of End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and user satisfaction regarding the outpatient EMR system. This quantitative study involved 55 healthcare workers using the EMR system in the Outpatient Unit of RSU Haji Medan. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson Chi-Square and Fisher’s Exact tests. Univariate analysis showed that 37 respondents (67.3%) were satisfied, while 18 respondents (32.7%) were dissatisfied. Bivariate analysis revealed that all EUCS dimensions had a significant relationship with satisfaction. Regarding the content dimension, of the 44 respondents who rated it as appropriate, 34 (77.3%) were satisfied, whereas of the 11 respondents who rated it as inappropriate, 7 (63.6%) were dissatisfied (p=0.002). For the accuracy dimension, of the 43 respondents who rated it as accurate, 33 (76.7%) were satisfied, while of the 12 respondents who rated it as inaccurate, 9 (75.0%) were dissatisfied (p=0.011). Regarding the format dimension, of the 44 respondents who rated it as good, 34 (77.3%) were satisfied, whereas of the 11 respondents who rated it as poor, 7 (63.6%) were dissatisfied (p=0.003). The ease of use dimension showed the strongest relationship (p=0.000); Of the 43 respondents who rated it as easy, 35 (81.4%) were satisfied, whereas of the 12 respondents who rated it as not easy, 10 (83.3%) were dissatisfied. Regarding the timeliness dimension, of the 44 respondents who rated the system as timely, 34 (77.3%) were satisfied, while of the 11 respondents who rated it as not timely, 7 (63.6%) were dissatisfied (p=0.002). All five EUCS dimensions have a significant relationship with user satisfaction regarding the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. It is recommended that the hospital improve network stability, conduct regular system maintenance, and simplify the menu structure. | 1 |
