| Abstract | The advancement of information technology in the healthcare sector encourages healthcare facilities to implement Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to improve the quality of healthcare services. The problem identified at Bunda Medical Centre Primary Clinic is that medical record documentation is still performed manually through typing, making the process slower and increasing the risk of documentation errors. This study aimed to design a Voice Recognition-Based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to optimize the clinic's information system. This study employed a qualitative approach using the Waterfall method. Requirements analysis was conducted through observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of Black Box Testing showed that all system functions operated according to user requirements, while the FGD results indicated that the proposed system met the operational needs of the clinic. It can be concluded that the Voice Recognition-Based Electronic Medical Record is expected to support faster, more effective, and more efficient medical record documentation, thereby improving the quality of healthcare services at Bunda Medical Centre Primary Clinic. | 1 |
