Abstract Worker productivity is one of the indicators of organizational performance and can be influenced by various factors, including workplace temperature. A workplace temperature exceeding the Threshold Limit Value (TV) may affect workers' comfort and consequently reduce work productivity. This study aimed to determine the relationship between workplace temperature and worker productivity at the Palm Oil Processing Unit of PTPN IV Regional II Dolok Sinumbah, Simalungun Regency, in 2026. This study employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 120 workers, and 60 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through workplace temperature measurements using a room thermometer and a worker productivity questionnaire.Data were analyzed using univariate analysis and the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 39 respondents (65.0%) worked in temperatures exceeding the Threshold Limit Value, while 32 respondents (53.3%) had low work productivity. The Chi-Square test produced a p-value of 0.002 (p<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between workplace temperature and worker productivity. It was concluded that workplace temperatures exceeding the Threshold Limit Value were associated with lower worker productivity at the Palm Oil Processing Unit of PTPNIVDolok Sinumbah, Simalungun Regency, in 2026. 1
