| Abstract | Hospital service administrasion is a crucial component in supporting smooth operations and enchancing the quality of healthcare service provided to the public. A sound administrative system can improve efficiency, transparency and ease of access to service for patients. This study used a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was all the administrative staffs who at Sembiring General Hospital, totaling 95 employees. The sampling technique used is total sampling, this study had a total of 95 respondents. The research instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire. The research result indicated of knowladge on administrative complience (p=0,001) and workload on administrative complience (p=0,005) Menwhile, motivation (p=0,063) and supervision (p=0,219) did not show a significant relationship. The study concludes that knowledge and workload have a significant influence on the compliance of administrative staff at Sembiring General Hospital in 2026. It is recommended that the hospital continuously improve service quality and enhance its training and education programs on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, balanced workload management should be implemented to enable staff to perform their duties optimally without suffering from work-related fatigue, thereby ensuring the quality of administrative services is maintained. | 1 |
