| Abstract | Community health centers (Puskesmas) are facilities used to provide health services,including promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative care. It is hoped that throughtheir performance, health workers at Puskesmas will demonstrate a tangible professionalcontribution to improving the quality of health services for the community. This study aims toanalyze the factors influencing the performance of health workers at the Sosa Julu Community Health Center in Padang Lawas Regency in 2026.This study is an analytical survey (explanatory research) using a cross-sectional studydesign, which involves measuring independent and dependent variables simultaneously. This study uses primary data obtained from structured interviews guided by a questionnaire administered to health workers The results of the study indicate that length of service has an effect on healthcare workers’ performance with a significance value (0.036) < 0.05; the work environment has an effect on healthcare workers’ performance with a significance value (0.004) < 0.05; and healthcare workers’ behavior has an effect on healthcare workers’ performance with a significance value (0.004) < 0.05. Age has no effect on healthcare workers’ performance, with a significance value (0.507) > 0.05; incentives have no effect on healthcare workers’ performance, with a significance value (0.146) > 0.05; and work motivation has no effect on healthcare workers’ performance, with a significance value (0.316) > 0.05. It can be concluded that length of service, work environment, and the behavior of health workers have a significant effect on the performance of health workers at the Sosa Julu Community Health Center in Padang Lawas Regency, while age, length of service, and incentives have no effect on the performance of health workers at the Sosa Julu Community Health Center in Padang Lawas Regency. | 1 |
