| Abstract | Turnover intention among healthcare workers is a critical issue that can compromise the continuity and quality of services at Community Health Centers (Puskesmas). This study aimed to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, workload, and incentives on the turnover intention of healthcare workers at the Lhoknga Community Health Center in Aceh Besar Regency. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed, involving 100 respondents selected via total sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 53% of respondents harbored turnover intentions. Job satisfaction significantly influenced turnover intention (p = 0.017), as did workload (p = 0.008), whereas incentives did not have a significant effect (p = 0.054). Multivariate analysis confirmed that job satisfaction (p = 0.041; Exp(B) = 0.309) and workload (p = 0.024; Exp(B) = 0.212) were factors influencing turnover intention. These findings indicate that addressing healthcare worker turnover intention should be prioritized by enhancing job satisfaction and managing workload in a fair and proportional manner.
