| Abstract | Antenatal care (ANC) visits are essential in reducing maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. However, ANC coverage in Gayo Lues Regency has not yet achieved the national target. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge, attitudes, and access to health services with antenatal care visit compliance at the Kota Blangkejeren Public Health Center, Gayo Lues Regency, in 2025. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design. The population consisted of all pregnant women within the working area of the Kota Blangkejeren Public Health Center. A total of 67 respondents were selected using a consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected through a validated and reliable structured questionnaire. Data analysis included univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that 53.7% of respondents had good knowledge, 56.7% demonstrated unfavorable attitudes, 50.7% reported limited access to health services, and 56.7% had irregular ANC visits. Bivariate analysis revealed significant associations between knowledge (p=0.015), attitude (p=0.003), and access to health services (p=0.038) with ANC visit compliance. Multivariate analysis identified maternal attitude as the most dominant factor associated with ANC visits (p=0.002; Exp(B)=5.320), indicating that pregnant women with positive attitudes were 5.320 times more likely to attend regular antenatal care visits compared to those with negative attitudes. In conclusion, maternal knowledge, attitudes, and access to health services are significantly associated with antenatal care visit compliance, with maternal attitude being the strongest predictor. | id |
