Abstract Work-related stress has become a significant issue in many countries. Preliminary survey results using the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21) questionnaire with eight nurses revealed that seven (87.5%) experienced mild stress, while one (12.5%) experienced no stress. This study aimed to identify the factors influencing work-related stress among nurses at the Mon Geudong Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Lhokseumawe City. A quantitative research design was employed, specifically an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of 56 individuals, and a total sampling method was used to include all 56 of them. Data collection involved both primary and secondary sources, and the data were analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results indicated that workload (sig-p = 0.010 < 0.05), work environment (sig- p = 0.016 < 0.05), and role conflict (sig-p = 0.002 < 0.05) all significantly influenced work-related stress among the nurses at the Mon Geudong Community Health Center. Role conflict was the variable with the greatest influence; it was associated with a 14.440 Odds Ratio (OR), indicating that role conflict increased the likelihood of experiencing work-related stress by 14 times. In conclusion, workload, work environment, and role conflict all influence work- related stress among community health center nurses. These findings are expected to provide valuable input for taking measures to anticipate and manage work- related stress among nurses, thereby enhancing their performance in delivering high-quality nursing care id
