| Abstract | Mufizal. Analysis of the Implementation of the Electronic Medical Record Storage System at Lampulo Public Health Center in 2026. Undergraduate Thesis, Health Information Management Study Program, Faculty of Public Health, Institut Kesehatan Deli Husada Deli Tua. Supervisor: Stefani Anastasia Sitepu, SST., M.Tr.Keb. Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) are part of the digital transformation of healthcare services that must be implemented in all healthcare facilities in Indonesia. The implementation of EMRs at the Lampulo Public Health Center still faces several challenges, particularly in terms of human resources, staff knowledge, and the implementation of the electronic medical record storage system. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record storage system at the Lampulo Public Health Center in 2026. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The participants consisted of eight informants, including three outpatient registration officers and five outpatient clinic officers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, coding, categorization, and theme development. The findings indicated that the Electronic Medical Record storage system had been implemented and supported healthcare services, patient data storage, and easy access to medical record information. However, its implementation has not yet been optimal due to the absence of a dedicated EMR team, limited human resources, and the need for continuous training to improve staff competencies. The staff demonstrated a good understanding of EMRs; however, further enhancement of their technical skills is still required. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record storage system at the Lampulo Public Health Center has been carried out, but strengthening human resources, establishing a dedicated EMR team, and providing continuous training are necessary to improve the effectiveness and quality of its implementation.
