| Abstract | In line with Minister of Health Regulation Nomor. 24 of 2022 mandating digital health information systems, Atma Jaya Hospital implemented Self‑Service Registration Kiosks( APM) to streamline services; however, only 26% of an average 250 daily outpatients use them independently, constrained by limited digital literacy, technical issues, and mandatory pre‑registration via the Mobile JKN application. This study aims to examine the relationship between APM utilization and both service efficiency and service quality, using a quantitative descriptive‑analytic cross‑sectional design with 158 respondents selected via Slovin’ s resep, validated questionnaires, and statistical analysis including regression. Results show overall positive perceptions of ease, speed, and clarity, though only 39. 8% operate the kiosks unaided; a very strong, significant correlation exists between utilization and service outcomes( R= 0. 897; p< 0. 001), explaining 80. 4% of service variation, with service efficiency having a significant positive effect while quality does not show a separate independent influence. It is concluded that APM improves registration speed and reduces queues but remains underutilized; recommendations include regular system maintenance, simplified procedures, intensified outreach, and on‑site assistance to ensure equitable access for all patients. | 1 |
