| Abstract | The Relationship Between Patient Knowledge and Mobile JKN Usage at the Kota Matsum Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Medan, in 2026. Undergraduate Thesis. Health Information Management Study Program, Faculty of Public Health, Deli Husada Deli Tua Health Institute. (Supervisor: Bachtiyar Wahab, S.ST., M.K.M.) Knowledge is a factor influencing an individual's behavior regarding the use of digital-based health services, including the Mobile JKN application. This study aims to determine the relationship between patient knowledge and the use of the Mobile JKN application at the Kota Matsum Community Health Center, Medan, in 2026. The results indicate that the majority of respondents possessed a "good" level of knowledge (28 respondents or 41.2%), followed by "sufficient" knowledge (24 respondents or 35.3%) and "poor" knowledge (16 respondents or 23.5%). Regarding Mobile JKN application usage, 62 respondents (91.2%) fell into the "good" category, while 6 respondents (8.8%) fell into the "poor" category. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test yielded a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between patient knowledge and Mobile JKN application usage at the Kota Matsum Community Health Center in 2026. The study concludes that the higher the level of patient knowledge regarding Mobile JKN, the greater the likelihood of patients using the application. Therefore, increased education and outreach regarding Mobile JKN usage by BPJS Kesehatan and the Community Health Center are necessary to optimize the utilization of digital health services. | 1 |
