| Abstract | This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and patient satisfaction with services at the Alasa Talumuzoi Community Health Center (UPTD Puskesmas) in 2026. This is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of all 158 patients who received health services at the Alasa Talumuzoi Community Health Center (UPTD Puskesmas). The study sample consisted of 108 respondents selected using a random sampling method. Data collection was conducted using primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods with the Chi-Square test at a 5% significance level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the implementation of Electronic Medical Records at the Alasa Talumuzoi Community Health Center (UPTD Puskesmas) was mostly in the “good” category, involving 87 respondents (80.6%), while patient satisfaction levels were mostly in the “satisfied” category, involving 79 respondents (73.1%). The results of the Chi-Square test showed a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between the implementation of Electronic Medical Records and patient satisfaction with services at the Alasa Talumuzoi Community Health Center (UPTD Puskesmas) in 2026. This suggests that the better the implementation of Electronic Medical Records, the higher the level of patient satisfaction. | 1 |
