| Abstract | ABSTRACT Tarigan, Erli Kasna. Evaluation of the Implementation of the Murni Teguh Hospital Information System in Supporting Clinical and Managerial Decision Making at Murni Teguh Rosiva Mother and Child Hospital in 2026. Undergraduate Thesis, Department of Health Information Management, Faculty of Public Health, Deli Husada Deli Tua Institute of Health. (Supervised by: Fahrizal Alwi) The development of health information systems requires hospitals to implement integrated information systems to support healthcare services and clinical and managerial decision-making. Murni Teguh Rosiva Mother and Child Hospital has implemented the Murni Teguh Hospital Information System version 2.0; however, several challenges remain, including user adaptation, workflow changes, data integration, and technical support. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the system based on the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) aspects and its role in supporting clinical and managerial decision-making. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method using the Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP) evaluation model. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants included management personnel, system users from various service units, medical records staff, and IT personnel. Data were analyzed descriptively based on the four components of the Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP) model. The results showed that the Context aspect was based on the need for electronic medical records, information integration, faster access to patient information, and reduction of manual processes. The Input aspect was supported by human resources, infrastructure, budget, policies, training, and user assistance, although user readiness was not yet uniform. The Process aspect indicated that the system had been utilized in healthcare services and information management, but challenges remained in integrating historical patient data, device synchronization, workflow changes, and user adaptation. The Product aspect indicated that the system supported information management, clinical services, managerial decision making, employee performance, and service efficiency. The study concluded that the implementation of the Murni Teguh Hospital Information System version 2.0 was in accordance with the hospital's needs and contributed to information integration as well as clinical and managerial services. Sustaining the benefits of the system requires strengthening user readiness, technical support, system integration, and continuous evaluation.
