| Abstract | Advancements in information technology have driven digital transformation in healthcare services through the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). RSUD Dr. H. Yuliddin Away Tapaktuan has implemented EMR since 2019 as an effort to improve service quality. This study is aimed to analyze the relationship between EMR implementation based on the dimensions of Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service and performance evaluation in the outpatient unit of RSUD Dr. H. Yuliddin Away Tapaktuan in 2026. The study employed quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of all EMR users in the outpatient unit, with a sample size of 76 respondents selected via total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire that has passed validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods, specifically the Chi-Square test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The study results indicated a significant relationship between the Performance dimension and performance evaluation (p = 0.005), whereas the dimensions of Information (p = 0.067), Economic (p = 0.206), Control (p = 0.451), Efficiency (p = 0.082), and Service (p = 0.078) did not show a significant relationship with performance evaluation, as their p-values exceeded 0.05. It is concluded that only the Performance dimension is significantly associated with the performance evaluation of Electronic Medical Record users in the outpatient unit of RSUD dr. H. Yuliddin Away Tapaktuan. The hospital is advised to enhance system performance by strengthening network infrastructure, increasing server capacity, conducting regular system maintenance, and providing continuous user training, thereby ensuring that the Electronic Medical Record implementation supports improvements in the quality of healthcare services. | 1 |
