| Abstract | Background : The utilization of the E-Puskesmas system is an essential part of digital transformation in healthcare services to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. However, its utilization by healthcare workers is influenced by several factors, including knowledge, perceived ease of use, and the availability of supporting facilities. This study is aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge, perceived ease of use, and the availability of facilities with the utilization of the E-Puskesmas system among healthcare workers at Sri Padang Public Health Center, Tebing Tinggi, in 2026. Methods : This quantitative study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 45 healthcare workers were selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis and the Chi-Square test. Results : The study showed significant relationships between knowledge and E-Puskesmas utilization (p=0.006), perceived ease of use and E-Puskesmas utilization (p=0.031) and the availability of facilities and E-Puskesmas utilization (p=0.023). Conclusion : Knowledge, perceived ease of use and the availability of supporting facilities are significantly associated with the utilization of the E-Puskesmas system among healthcare workers. Continuous training, user-friendly systems and adequate infrastructure are needed to optimize the utilization of E-Puskesmas.
