| Abstract | Buku Ajar Imunisasi ini disusun secara sistematis sebagai panduan komprehensif bagi mahasiswa kesehatan, perawat, bidan, maupun praktisi medis. Buku ini membahas konsep dasar imunologi, jenis-jenis vaksin, prosedur pelaksanaan imunisasi yang aman, serta manajemen rantai dingin (cold chain) vaksin. Selain itu, materi di dalamnya juga mengulas cara penanganan Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi (KIPI) dan strategi komunikasi edukatif untuk mengatasi keraguan atau penolakan orang tua terhadap program imunisasi nasional. Buku ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi klinis tenaga kesehatan dalam mendukung keberhasilan program kekebalan kelompok. This Textbook of Immunization is systematically structured as a comprehensive guide for health students, nurses, midwives, and medical practitioners. This book discusses the basic concepts of immunology, types of vaccines, safe immunization procedures, and vaccine cold chain management. In addition, the material reviews the management of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) and educative communication strategies to address parents' hesitation or refusal regarding national immunization programs.
