| Abstract | Pedoman Pelayanan Kesehatan Anak Jalanan disusun sebagai acuan bagi tenaga kesehatan, pemerintah daerah, puskesmas, lembaga kesejahteraan sosial, dan organisasi masyarakat dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada anak jalanan. Pedoman ini bertujuan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan anak jalanan melalui pelayanan yang komprehensif, berkesinambungan, dan terintegrasi dengan berbagai sektor terkait. Dokumen ini membahas karakteristik dan permasalahan kesehatan anak jalanan, kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan, strategi pelaksanaan program, jejaring pelayanan, serta mekanisme pelayanan kesehatan baik di dalam maupun di luar fasilitas kesehatan. Selain aspek promotif dan preventif, pedoman ini juga mencakup pelayanan kuratif, rehabilitatif, pencatatan, pelaporan, monitoring, dan evaluasi program kesehatan anak jalanan. Guidelines for Health Services for Street Children was developed as a reference for healthcare workers, local governments, community health centers, social welfare institutions, and community organizations in delivering healthcare services to street children. The guideline aims to improve the health status of street children through comprehensive, continuous, and integrated health services. The document discusses the characteristics and health problems of street children, health service policies, program implementation strategies, service networks, and healthcare delivery mechanisms both inside and outside healthcare facilities.
