| Abstract | Buku Farmakognosi I membahas dasar-dasar ilmu farmakognosi yang mempelajari bahan obat yang berasal dari alam, khususnya tumbuhan. Materi meliputi pengertian dan ruang lingkup farmakognosi, klasifikasi tanaman obat, pengenalan simplisia, teknik identifikasi makroskopik dan mikroskopik, pengolahan bahan alam, penyimpanan simplisia, serta pemanfaatan tanaman sebagai sumber bahan baku obat. Buku ini disusun sebagai bahan ajar bagi mahasiswa farmasi untuk memahami karakteristik dan mutu bahan alam yang digunakan dalam pengembangan obat tradisional maupun modern.
