| Abstract | OLIVIA RISMAULI. 2026. Analysis of Factors Influencing the Utilization of Electronic Medical Records at UPT Puskesmas Simpang Limun in 2026. Health Information Management Study Program, Faculty of Public Health, Institut Kesehatan Deli Husada Deli Tua. The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in healthcare facilities is a vital part of the digital health transformation in Indonesia. UPT Puskesmas Simpang Limun has implemented EMR since 2024, but its execution still faces various operational obstacles. Therefore, a deep analysis using the 5M management theory approach (Man, Money, Method, Machine, Material) is required to evaluate its utilization effectiveness.To analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of Man, Money, Method, Machine, and Material factors on the use of Electronic Medical Records at UPT Puskesmas Simpang Limun in 2026.This quantitative study applied a correlational analytic survey design with a crosssectional approach. The population consisted of all 30 healthcare workers using the EMR application at UPT Puskesmas Simpang Limun. The sampling technique used the total sampling method. Primary data collection was conducted using Likert-scale questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Univariate analysis results indicated that the 5M factors (mean = 93.10) and EMR utilization (mean = 56.40) were in the good and high categories. The F-test (simultaneous) showed that Man, Money, Method, Machine, and Material factors collectively had a significant effect on EMR utilization (F hitung = 73.814; p < 0.001) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 93.9%. Partially (t-test), the Money factor (p = 0.013) and the Method factor (p = 0.006) significantly influenced EMR utilization. Conversely, the Man (p = 0.609), Machine (p = 0.052), and Material (p = 0.071) factors did not show any significant partial effects at the 5% level. The Method factor was the most dominant variable affecting EMR utilization, with a regression coefficient of 0.856. The successful utilization of Electronic Medical Records at UPT Puskesmas Simpang Limun is notably influenced by the integration of all 5M factors, where budgetary support (Money) and clear work procedures (Method) serve as the primary determinants. It is recommended that the community health center optimize system maintenance through sustainable budget allocation and reinforcement of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementations.
