| Abstract | DAMANIK, RUTH ANGELIA RODEARNI. 2026. Implementation of the E-Puskesmas System Using the PIECES Method at Simpang Limun Public Health Center.Applied Bachelor Program in Health Information Management, Faculty of Public Health, Deli Husada Health Institute Deli Tua. Advisor: Adi Arianto, S.Kep, Ns, M.Kes. Digital transformation in the healthcare sector requires Primary Healthcare Facilities to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. The Simpang Limun Public Health Center has implemented the E-Puskesmas system since 2023. However, a comprehensive evaluation regarding its implementation effectiveness and technical challenges using the PIECES framework has not been previously conducted at this facility. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the E-Puskesmas system based on the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) at Simpang Limun Public Health Center. This study utilized a quantitative descriptive design. The study population consisted of 30 healthcare professionals and administrative staff who actively use the E-Puskesmas system. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, yielding a total sample size of 23 respondents. Data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires. All instrument items were confirmed valid (r calculated > r table 0.413) and highly reliable (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Data were analyzed using univariate descriptive statistics in SPSS to determine frequencies, percentages, mean scores, and standard deviations. The univariate analysis revealed that all PIECES dimensions were implemented in the Good category. The detailed mean scores for each dimension were: Performance (17.22 ± 2.07; 95.7% Good), Information (17.35 ± 2.35; 95.7% Good), Economy (17.39 ± 2.17; 95.7% Good), Control (17.26 ± 2.14; 95.7% Good), Efficiency (17.26 ± 2.14; 100% Good), and Service (17.52 ± 2.09; 100% Good). The Service dimension obtained the highest mean score (17.52), while the Performance dimension received the lowest mean score (17.22), mainly due to internet network bandwidth limitations during peak service hours. Overall, the implementation of the E-Puskesmas system at Simpang Limun Public Health Center has been well-executed and effectively supports primary healthcare delivery. Recommended improvements focus on optimizing internet network stability and technical infrastructure to enhance overall system performance.
